I bought my 1967 Chevelle Malibu in 2004 knowing it would need a complete restoration. The car was stripped of all parts other than the body and frame with no motor or transmission and many missing parts. My dream was to build the car into a resto mod so i could have all the modern amenities with the sleek look of an old car. I researched on google local restoration shops and found two shops in the Medicine Hat area. I picked VC Customs to call due to the feed back i had gotten from talking to a few friends about the quality of work that comes out of VC Customs shop. I called VC Customs and Clay came to my house to have a look at the car and see what i had for parts. We discussed what i wanted to do and what he thought i would need to complete the job. We made an agreement to restore my Car and he supplied me with a list of parts with costs that would be needed to be ordered to begin the restoration. This was a frame off complete rebuild with most parts replaced new. Costs on all parts were discussed with me before they were ordered to make sure i was aware. I work outside Medicine Hat on a 2 weeks on 2 weeks off shift. I would stop in two to three times at home to see progress on the car and discuss what the next stage of the build would include. VC Customs was always open and honest about issues that were unforeseen, costs and time needed to complete the job. I'm very pleased with the quality of work that went into the build of my 1967 Chevelle Malibu and glad I chose VC Customs to complete it.

An Amazing Job. The car looks flawless; like it was covered in liquid glass. It Screams Professionalism! …I was actually speechless (and slightly teary eyed!) Went slightly over budget. But the meticulous attention to detail and little touches was well worth every penny. It is not hard to see that we got what we paid for.

We used V/C Customs to upgrade our car by installing a Dakota digital dash, a complete TCI (Total Cost Involved) pro touring suspension and front subframe. We also had a new narrowed 9 inch installed attached to a TCI torque arm rear suspension. This installation required structural changes to the rear section of the car and the installation of new rear wheel tubs. Later on we also had V/C Customs install a new Fitech fuel injection system. During all these upgrades Clay listened to what we wanted and ensured we were happy with the end result never hesitating to address any concerns that required attention. In closing we wouldn't hesitate to hire V/C Customs to complete any future projects we might have.
